By purchasing or using a ticket to The Throne event (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all ticket holders and attendees. Gold Level Sports & Entertainment, the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), American Dream, and all event partners (collectively, “Event Organizers”) are not liable for any claims arising from attendance at the Event.

1. TICKET PURCHASE & USE

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without express written consent from the Event Organizers.
  • The Event Organizers reserve the right to revoke any ticket without refund for violations of these Terms or misconduct at the Event.

2. EVENT ENTRY & CONDUCT

  • Entry is subject to security screening. Attendees must comply with all venue and Event Organizers' policies.
  • The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any attendee for safety reasons, misconduct, or noncompliance with rules.
  • No outside food, beverages, weapons, or illegal substances are allowed.
  • Attendees assume all risks related to attending the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and discharge Gold Level Sports & Entertainment, the NBPA, American Dream, event sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses related to the Event, including but not limited to:

  • Injuries or accidents before, during, or after the Event.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Exposure to COVID-19 or any other illnesses. Attendees acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure in public spaces and agree to hold the Event Organizers harmless.

4. MEDIA RELEASE

  • The Event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you grant the Event Organizers and their media partners the right to use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Event Organizers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or security threats.
  • In the event of cancellation, refund policies will be determined at the sole discretion of the Event Organizers.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
